*You can substitute lamb or chicken for this recipe.
1. Rub your chops with italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Pour a cap full of lemon juice and balsamic vinegar on your chops and rub in the liquid on each side.
Pro tip: use half a cap full for each side of the chop. You can also marinate with this mixture, just add a little olive oil.
3. Cook your chops on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side and you’re done.
