Ingredients

*Toppings shown above are capicolla, roasted red peppers, and grated parmesan cheese .

Directions

  1. Set your oven to 425º F and prepare a baking sheet with foil on top (foil makes for easy cleanup and prevents baked on messes)
  2. Coat pizza crust with olive oil (this prevents burning/sticking)
  3. Top crust with sauce, then cheese, then toppings
  4. Bake in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes (Crust is golden brown and crispy)
  5. Let pizza cool for at least 5 minutes so it will be easier to cut. (Hot, soft bread is mushy and hard to cut)
